Meet LYN's Neighbors

Shared Mission of Service

We look for organizations rooted in compassion and dedicated to helping people in tangible ways. Whether that’s through food access, youth support, disability inclusion, or outdoor experiences. When your mission strengthens Spokane families, you’re aligned with LYN.

Collaboration and Connection

Partnership is about more than grants or donations, it’s about collaboration. We connect nonprofits to each other, to volunteers, and to supporters who can amplify their mission. As a neighbor, you’re part of a network that thrives on shared ideas and mutual encouragement.

Community Impact and Reach

Our neighbors are nonprofits making a measurable difference. We value organizations that reach under served populations, provide essential resources, and create positive ripple effects in the community. Together, we maximize impact by filling gaps and expanding access.

Transparency and Trust

We believe trust builds strong communities. That’s why we value partners who are open about their goals, finances, and outcomes. When neighbors work with integrity, we can confidently direct resources to where they’re needed most.

SNAP (Spokane Neighborhood Action Partners)

2026 Pumpkinfest Benefactor

Mission: SNAP – Spokane Neighborhood Action Partners – works to increase the human potential of the Spokane community by creating opportunities for people in need. For more than 60 years, SNAP has helped individuals and families move from crisis toward stability through services including housing assistance, home repairs, energy assistance, financial education, homebuyer education, loans, care coordination, and other essential resources.

Why We Partner: LYN supports SNAP because their work reaches neighbors at some of the moments when help can make the greatest difference. By addressing immediate needs while also providing tools and resources for long-term stability, SNAP helps individuals and families build a stronger path forward. Their broad reach throughout the Spokane community makes them a natural partner in LYN’s mission of neighbors helping neighbors.

Project ID

2024 & 2025 Pumpkinfest Benefactor

Mission: Project ID is dedicated to enhancing possibilities and potential for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Spokane County. They offer a mix of recreation, socialization, work programs, transitional skill-building, and life-enriching opportunities within a nurturing environment.

Why We Partner: We support Project ID because their mission aligns deeply with ours, building inclusive communities where everyone has the chance to grow and participate. LYN financially supports Project ID to expand access, upgrade facilities, and deepen programming.

Peak 7 Adventures

2024 & 2025 Pumpkinfest Benefactor

Mission: Peak 7 Adventures is a nonprofit that creates life-changing outdoor experiences for under-resourced youth across the Pacific Northwest. Their programs include mountaineering, rafting, climbing, snowshoeing, paddle boarding, and more, all with the aim to challenge the body, nurture the spirit, and foster growth.

Why We Partner: LYN supports Peak 7 because we see outdoor adventure as a powerful catalyst for transformation, especially for youth facing barriers. By helping underwrite trips, subsidize fees, or provide gear, we help ensure no young person is shut out from these experiences due to cost.
